The series E-volt is equipped by full electric drives, with toggle clamping unit.
The energy efficiency of this series, achieves a saving of up to 80% in comparison to the fully hydraulic drive systems. This type of technology allows the total overlay of movements, ensuring reduced cycle time.
The series and e-volt equipped with:

  • Digital control unit KEBA, with touch screen panel
  • Clamping unit with large distance between tie bars and mechanical structure with minimized friction levels, thanks to linear guides and self-lubrificating bushes. The mechanical system of the platens guarantee the parallelism of the same.
  • Electric extraction system, through double ball-screw
  • Anchoring of the injection unit with the clamping unit, through twin drive which ensures the balancing of the mechanical stresses.
  • Strong injection unit driven by double-drive ball screw, engineered with high loads and speed parameters.
